1. Support Scope
RheumX support handles app access, subscription, privacy, and account-related questions. RheumX support does not provide clinical advice.
2. Information To Avoid Sending
Do not include PHI, patient names, medical record numbers, patient contact details, patient images, files, screenshots, or other patient-identifying information in support requests.
3. Helpful Information
When contacting support, you may include general app-related details such as:
- your device model;
- your iOS version;
- the RheumX screen where the issue occurred; and
- a brief non-identifying description of the app issue.
4. Account Deletion
Account deletion can be initiated from the Account Deletion link in app Settings or by contacting support@rheumx.org from the email address associated with your RheumX account.
